Return and Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products (include outlet items) that you purchased with us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the company", "we", "us" or "our" in this Agreement) refers to Time Will Flip.
- Product (referred to as either ‘item’ or ‘merchandise’) refers to the items offered for sale on the website.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase products from us.
- Website refers to Time Will Flip, accessible from https://www.timewillflip.com/
- You means the individual accessing the website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing the website, as applicable.
We have 3rd party collect points in Hong Kong, USA, Australia and EU countries to collect returns. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Please send us an email to initiate the return. Returns without prior notice will be rejected.
We will send you a shipping label to return the item to us upon your confirmation of the address (same as the Shipping Address of your order). Please return the item with its original packaging only.
In general, we only accept returns due to quality defects. Considering the relatively high shipping and handling costs due to the pandemic, we would like to fix your problem with least inconvenience to both of us. Please describe the problem you have encountered, with image(s) and/or video(s) regarding the issue. After the discussion with the engineer team regarding the issue, we will get back to you with the available options ASAP.
All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Returns due to quality defects without request for replacement will be fully refunded, including shipping, within 14 business days from the date of the returned item arrived at our warehouse.
Please be considerate for return/exchange due to change of preference, regardless of the product condition. All costs associated with return/ exchange due to change of preference are the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions for Return
In order for the item to be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of your delivery date
- In its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Returned with original tags and packaging
The following Items cannot be returned*:
- Products marked "final sale"
- Pre-ordered items sold at a discount
- Crowdfunded items
- Any product with modifications or with a custom monogram
*The listed items are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or canceled for any reason.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order anytime before the order has been fulfilled.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. Please inform us of your decision by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Once the order has been fulfilled, we will not accept order cancellation without a reasonable explanation. You may have to bear the paid shipping cost.
We reserve the right to refuse order cancellation of any merchandise at our sole discretion.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your statement and/or the returned product. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
