Return & Refund Policy

Overview

  1. We do not accept 'no-reason' returns.

  2. A 10% processing fee will be applied if a customer cancels any order.  Please review your order carefully and the processing time of TWEMCO product is minimum 3 months.

  3. Sales and all discounted item could not  be returned or refunded.

  4. Damage of using product not following the instruction could not be returned

  5. Return label would only be able to use within 10 working days. No new return label could be provided after expiration.

  6. Defect-Only Returns within 14 Days:
    Returns are only accepted if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate a claim, please email us within 14 days upon delivered with the following evidences:

Comprehensive Visual Proof: Please provide clear photos and videos of the defective part(s) of the product and the whole product. Your evidence MUST include:

Outer Packaging: Clear shots of all sides of the original shipping box;

Inner Packaging: Photos of the bubble wrap, foam, and protective materials used; and

Damaged Item(s): Close-up photos and video showing the specific damage (e.g., misaligned or broken clock flips).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

For mechanical clocks, damage of NOT following the instruction could NOT be returned. Every return request will be examined, we will provide optimal solutions regarding to the damage and defect.

Exchanges

Exchange may be accepted solely in Hong Kong within 14 working days of receiving your purchased item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method only.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
