Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed from our Hong Kong office. Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time. Most orders (except TWEMCO order) require a minimum of 14 working days to process; a tracking notification will be sent once your order is ready for shipment.
TWEMCO CLOCKS (MADE-TO-ORDER) TWEMCO clocks are individually handcrafted per order. Production typically takes 3–4 months. During peak seasons (Lunar New Year, Easter, Christmas), allow an additional 1–2 weeks.
- Oversized wall clocks (BQ-20, BQ-170, BQ-1700): Contact us for a shipping quote as shipping fee may change from time to time.
- Store Pickup: Available in Hong Kong only; must be arranged in advance.
- Local Delivery: Available within Hong Kong via our local delivery service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most countries worldwide. We do not ship to Russia, Israel, Ukraine, or Belarus. Import duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and customs fees are the recipient responsibility. Time Will Flip is not liable for any such costs.
SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed -please check your address before checkout. PO Boxes are not recommended as they may result in delivery failure.
Time Will Flip is NOT liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, customs delays, strikes, bad weather or natural disasters. Undeliverable parcels will NOT be returned to Hong Kong and are non-reimbursable.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee on the original payment amount to cover platform and credit card handling fees. Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
