Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP
No store pickup is available without prior confirmation.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local orders will be delivered by either local delivery service or drop off (subject to prior email or phone confirmation).
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a message or email with tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most of the countries in the world, subject to the limitation of the logistics provider. At this time, we do not ship to the Russian Federation and Belarus.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For Oversized Wall Clock BQ-20 and BQ-1700, please contact us to get the shipping quote.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Time Will Flip is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- There is no "No reason return" running in our store
- 14 days return policy by email request
- Please attach photo and video of the defective item in your email request
- Sales and all discounted item are not going to be returned
- Damage of not following the instruction could not be returned
